We want to make you aware of an upcoming change that may affect how you receive account alerts.
Starting June 17, 2025, AT&T will no longer support the delivery of text message alerts from our system. This means members with AT&T service will no longer receive notifications such as low balance alerts, deposit notifications, or other text-based updates.
We understand how important these alerts are to your day-to-day banking, and we’re excited to share that a new and improved alert system will launch on August 1, 2025. This new platform will be available to all members—regardless of mobile carrier—and will offer more customizable and secure alert options.
Once available, you’ll be able to log in and choose which alerts you'd like to receive and how you'd like to receive them (email, push notification, etc.).
Verizon and other non-AT&T users will continue receiving alerts without interruption.
