GSU Employees…
Over two decades ago GSU and CORE Credit Union partnered to provide
financial services to educators, staff, and faculty. Since that time
both organizations have grown significantly. However, the commitment
to provide outstanding financial benefits has remained the cornerstone
of the relationship.
CORE Credit Union is the exclusive Credit Union for GSU employees and
we provide a wide range of financial services. Our products range from
kids club savings accounts to retirement planning, to everything in between
including mortgages and checking accounts (click

Of equal importance
is the service level you will receive and the security CORE can provide
you. Based on our structure, CORE is designed for one purpose – help
you achieve your financial goals. CORE Credit Union is a non-profit
financial cooperative. This means we exist to serve you and not to
profit from you. Secondly, as a financial cooperative, we are owned
by our depositors (over 6,000 members within the local community).
Deposits in CORE Credit Union are insured to at least $250,000 by the
NCUA, a division of the United States Federal Government.
To increase our convenience, CORE has three locations (click
here or see below) in Bulloch County, with our Main Street Village
Branch very near campus.
In addition, CORE members at GSU can also utilize
the ATM located in the Russell Union building. CORE also has you
covered throughout the country. Through our Credit Union network you
can utilize over 50,000 surcharge free ATMs or visit any of our 3,300
shared branching locations.
